2023 marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of IEA Member Benefits Corporation. This IEA program was incorporated in 1993 as a separate corporation from the IEA. Its first meeting was held in July 1993 with a Board of Directors of five. The Board elected as its first President, Dick Chilcote. Dave Nimtz, the then Uniserv Director for Region 7 (Boise) was hired as its first part time Director. LouEtta Keef was also hired as the corporation’s part-time associate. The corporation headquarters has been housed in the IEA building since its inception. Stay tuned for more on this year of celebration.
